Hey, I’m Ayush 👋
I’ve always believed that everyone has a story but they need the right words to tell it.
For years, I’ve helped founders and entrepreneur put their ideas into words not just to write but to connect. To make people pause, listen, and remember.
But writing isn’t the only way I build stories.
I started Skillvalley after seeing talented students struggle to land jobs. Not because they lacked skill, but because they didn’t know how to showcase it. So, I created a space where learning isn’t just about theory but also about building, collaborating, and launching real products.
Today, 70+ students have got their first Job through skillvalley.
Here’s how it all started:👇
In 2019, I was in college, broke, curious, and desperate to make something of myself.
I spent hours watching videos on
> how to get clients
> how to make money
> how to be successful.
The internet was full of advice. Cold DMs, fancy pitches, growth hacks.
None of them worked for me (or say i did not knew how it use it efficiently)
But here’s what I did know: I loved creating.
> Writing blogs
> editing videos
> building websites.
> designing creatives
I didn’t have a niche or a plan. I just enjoyed making things.
So, instead of waiting for an opportunity, I made one.
I started looking at small businesses, YouTube channels, and creators online. Not to pitch them, but to improve what they were already doing. I took their content, redesigned it, rewrote it, made it better.
Then, I sent them a simple DM:
“Hey, I made this for you. No strings attached.”
I did this for 10-12 accounts every single day.
Not once did I ask for money. For 1.5 years, I worked for free.
Instead of asking creative clients to pay me, I told them, “I also build websites. Let me know if you come across someone who needs one.”
For website clients, I pitched poster and video editing.
For content writing clients, I pitched design work.
I kept swapping skills, building proof of work, and expanding my network.
And slowly, things started shifting.
My first pay for a blog was 250 bucks
For website it was Rs. 2000.
It wasn’t much, but it was proof that I could do this.
Over time, I realized my real passion lay in writing and teaching so I doubled down on those.
And the magic started happening.
I connected with people who not only hired me but also introduced me to others. Even today, I’m not great at sales (not proud of it), but every opportunity whether in writing or hiring for Skillvalley has come through referrals.
After working with 20+ clients and placing more than 70 students, I’ve learned that skills alone don’t build careers. Your work needs to be seen.
Because at the end of the day, success isn’t about luck.
It’s about showing up, building proof, and telling your story the right way.
And that’s exactly what I help others do. 🚀
